NTRA organizes an awareness seminar at Al Sakia Club

The NTRA has organized an awareness seminar at Al Sakia Club for the elderly in Al-Sharqia Governorate.

The seminar aimed to guide the attendees about the best use of telecommunications services, how to file a complaint to NTRA in case they faces an issue in the mobile phone line.

And also how to switch to another telecommunication company while keeping the same phone number.

And to save time and effort while making financial transactions, the attendees learnt the features of E-Wallet, which is using the mobile phone to pay bills and send & receive money.

The EG-CERT team participated in the seminar to raise the awareness about cyber crimes, and the guidelines to use the internet safely.
