NTRA participates in the Egyptian engineering day

NTRA organized an exhibition at the Egyptian engineering Day which took place at Port Said.
The NTRA team was keen to inform the attendees about the optimal use of telecommunications services and the Internet, their rights with telecom companies, and how NTRA guarantees the quality of services by offering people multiple ways to complaint if their mobile phone line didn’t work properly.
The exhibition also included the cybersecurity basics and guidelines for using the Internet safely.
Participants learned how to save devices, accounts and data, by using a strong password, updating softwares, how to detect fraudulent messages, maintaining privacy and adjust the settings.
