EG-CERT starts the sectoral CERT’s preparation program

The EG-CERT launched the sectoral CERT’s preparation program within the framework of Cybersecurity’s strategic plan, which took place at EG-CERT headquarters in Smart Village from March 28 to April 01, 2021.
This training comes as a beginning of a series of training courses that will be held continuously to prepare cadres to be able to face cyber risks in various sectors of the country, enhance readiness to face any cyber risks and threats, and deal with incidents.
The training included the definition of responding to cyber incidents and it’s stages, a definition of digital evidence analysis services, security concepts, the foundations of cybersecurity, security vulnerabilities, and how to assess and manage risks.
