The EG-CERT continued it’s awareness campaign for female clients of Al Tadamun Foundation about safe payment methods by organizing a seminar at the foundation’s branch in Badrashin, Cairo.
The awareness campaign aims to educate customers about the importance of personal data and maintaining privacy while dealing with the Internet, as well as raising awareness about cyber crime.
What is the different types of cyber crime, ways to report it, protection mechanisms from phishing and extortion, as well as the safety of online payment.
The clients knew the best ways to create a secret number for “Meeza” card while using it for the first time, as well as how to create strong passwords for all applications, and how to maintain the confidentiality of data when shopping Online.
