An awareness seminar for NTRA in qualitative federation of the deaf

The NTRA has organized an awareness seminar at qualitative federation of the deaf in Cairo.
The national agency was keen to organize an awareness session in December, the people of determination’s month, in order to inform them about the features they can use to obtain the best level of telecommunications and internet services.
In the seminar, the attendees learned about their rights at NTRA and the telecommunications compaies, and how they can file a complaint to NTRA if they won’t be able to use the mobile line properly.
And also knew about MY NTRA application, which provides inquiries, branches, and the possibility of filing a complaint. The seminar included an introduction to E-wallet, which saves time and effort by making financial transactions through cell phone.
The EG-CERT participated in the seminar to raise awareness about cyber crimes, such as identity theft, phishing, and blackmailing.
CERT team explained how to protect yourself against online extortion, how to preserve data and accounts, and how to use the social media platforms safely.
