NTRA participates in the workshop of the National Central Portfolio project

The NTRA has participated in the workshop of conceptualizing the project of establishing a national central wallet to store virtual currencies and assets.

The workshop took place from July 19 to 21, with the participation of the Public Prosecution, the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Unit, the Central Bank of Egypt, the Administrative Control Authority, the Ministry of Interior, and the United Nations Office for Combating Crime.

The workshop came within the framework of FINCIRT efforts to educate the financial sector about cybercrimes.
