Cooperation agreement between Egypt & Jordan in Cybersecurity

Egypt and Jordan signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of cybersecurity, which aims to enhancing strategic cooperation between the two countries.
The signing came on the sidelines of the first Jordan Cybersecurity Summit, where the memorandum was signed by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hafez, VP of NTRA for Cybersecurity Affairs, and Eng.Bassam Al-Maharmeh, Head of the Jordanian Center for Cybersecurity.
The memorandum aims to enhance the sustainable exchange of information and expertise between Egypt and Jordan in the field of cybersecurity, and cooperation in confronting cyber threats.
This step comes within the framework of the two countries efforts to enhance cybersecurity and protect their national interests in the era of advanced digital communications.
