EG-CERT organizes capture the flag competition during CAISEC conference

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the second edition of Capture the Flag 2025 competition (EG-CTF), a national cybersecurity competition organized by EG-CERT.
The competition will be held on the sidelines of the CAISEC 2025 conference, on May 25-26, 2025.
We are pleased to invite all those interested in cybersecurity to participate in the competition and compete for the title and cash prizes.
- First prize: EGP 100,000
- Second prize: EGP 75,000
- Third prize: EGP 50,000
You can participate in the competition regardless of your technical experience. We have ensured that the competition is enjoyable for participants of all levels.
The competition includes challenges of various levels in various areas of cybersecurity, such as website hacking, reverse engineering, encryption, digital forensics, and more. And will be held in two stages: Qualifying (online) and Final (in-person).
The qualifying round will run from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, May 23, 2025. The final round will take place on May 26, 2025, on the sidelines of the Caisec 2025 conference at the Kempinski Hotel.
Registration for the competition will open on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
