NTRA organizes an awareness session at Care with love foundation

The NTRA has organized an awareness session to health care providers at Care with love foundation in Cairo.
The national organization’s team explained the elderly & people of determination rights at NTRA and also the telecommunication companies.
They interpreted by steps how the consumers can file a complaint to the NTRA if they didn’t get the required services.
Also, the attendees learnt about the E-wallet, which facilitates the financial transactions by saving a lot of time and effort.
In the session, the EG-CERT team talked about the cybersecurity basics to continue the entity’s awareness campaign which aims to raise the society’s knowledge about cyber crimes.
