NTRA organizes a seminar at the Electricity Company to present its application & to raise awareness about cybersecurity

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has organized a seminar at the Electricity Holding Company to present its application (MY NTRA), and to explain the importance of cybersecurity.
The seminar highlighted the cyber threats, and explained how to protect devices, data and confidential information from internet threats.
One of the main cyber threats is malware, and seminar demonstrated how it works. The malware infiltrates devices through malicious links or insecure websites and gives the attacker the ability to access confidential information.
This awareness seminar was part of a campaign launched by the Egyptian computer emergency readiness team (EG-CERT) to build the society’s cybersecurity awareness culture.
