NTRA organizes an awareness seminar at the National association for deaf

To provide people of determination with the best telecommunications and internet services, the NTRA organized an awareness session at the National association of deaf.

At the physical session, the attendees learnt their rights at NTRA and also the telecommunications companies, and how they can file a complaint to NTRA if they encounter a problem with the mobile phone line.

They also knew the services provided in MY NTRA application, which facilitates the process of inquiry, and offers the branches address.

The session included an introduction to the e-wallet, which saves time and effort in conducting financial transactions.

A team from EG-CERT participated in the session to raise the awareness of Internet dangers, specifically the identity theft crime, and explained how important data and information can be seized in various ways.

The center team explained how to address the crime of online extortion, which may result from stealing important data and files.
