NTRA organizes an awareness seminar at Nour Al-Basira Foundation

In order to provide the best telecommunications and internet services for people of determination, NTRA organized an awareness session at  Nour Al-Basira Foundation for the Blind.

The attendees knew their rights at NTRA and the companies that provide telecommunications services, and how they can file a complaint to NTRA if they encounter a problem with the mobile phone line.

NTRA team explained the services available in MY NTRA application, which facilitates the process of inquiry, branches, and help users to file a complaint.

The lecture included an introduction to the E-wallet, which saves time and effort in conducting financial transactions.

EG-CERT participated in the lecture to raise the awareness about cyber crimes, specifically the identity theft, and how important data and information can be stolen in various ways.

EG-CERT team explained how to avoid online extortion, which may result from the theft of confidential data and files.

And what are the procedures for preserving data and accounts, and the mechanism for dealing with social media in order to use the internet safely.
