NTRA organizes an awareness seminar at Asdaa association

NTRA has organized an awareness seminar at Asdaa association in Alexandria.
The national agency was keen to organize the seminar in December, the month dedicated to support people of determination, in order to inform them about their privileges at the telecommunication companies.
The attendees also knew their rights at NTRA, and how they can file a complaint to the agency if they faces any problem with the mobile phone line.
They also knew the features in MY NTRA application, which offers inquiring, branches, and steps to file a complaint.
The seminar included an introduction to E-wallet, which saves time and effort in conducting financial transactions.
And the EG-CERT team participated in the seminar to raise the cybersecurity awareness and how to prevent cyber crimes.
They explained the procedures for preserving data and accounts, and how to safely use social media platforms.
