National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) launches Cloud Security Framework in collaboration with OIC & UAE

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has launched a framework for cloud computing security in collaboration with the Emirates Cyber Security Center under the umbrella of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-CERT).
As part of the efforts of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to safeguard the digital infrastructure in Egypt and its commitment to providing a comprehensive approach to address threats and risks, especially with the increasing reliance of institutions on cloud computing for storing and exchanging information to develop and enhance businesses and services, a framework has been introduced to secure cloud computing. This initiative aims to provide security guidelines and recommendations for the safe use of cloud computing.
This framework falls within the digital transformation plan of the Egyptian state, emphasizing the commitment to protecting institutions and information through collaboration and the exchange of best practices in the field of cybersecurity.
