An awareness seminar at Care with love

The NTRA has organized an awareness seminar for the health care providers at “Care with love” in Cairo.
The seminar introduced the elderly and people of determination rights at NTRA & telecommunication companies.
The attendees learnt how to file a complaint to NTRA if they faced a communication issue.
They also knew about the E-wallet, and how it can save time & effort while doing financial transactions.
And a team from EG-CERT participated in the seminar to explain the cybersecurity basics which maintain accounts and devices, and help people to use the internet safely & securely.
